You can now access the cleaning
functions within CareEMS.
By selecting a heading you can view
the records that CareEMS has highlighted as containing potential
errors. In every report you can toggle between viewing the
errors for all schools and individual schools.
The data is
displayed in two ways, firstly you can view errors according
to the different categories available. Here you can see all
the pupils that have errors within a specific category. You
can also view a complete list of errors, grouped together by
school (as shown in the example). Here individual pupil records
are displayed showing all the errors identified for that pupil. |
