• Pre-configured routines that check the integrity of the data
• Illegal Character check in Surname, Forename and Middle Name field
• Find and Replace - allows you to replace characters in fields similar to Find and Replace in other Microsoft applications
• Cleaning process to track all changes to 1 pupil under 1 entry
• Duplicate check (swapped names) to check for names the wrong way round
• Invalid postcode check: checks all valid Royal Mail Postcode formats
• Quick Facts: Let's you retrieve a school name from a DFES Number and calculate a pupils year and age from their Date of Birth
• Modified telephone query to show illegal characters
• Variety of Reports - including suspect data checks
• Forename/gender validation facility

2. How much does Care cost?

• £2000+VAT (this includes 1st years support and maintenance) subsequent years support and maintenance is £500+VAT
