To allow other local leaders to explore how the full Perspective system is helping colleagues streamline performance management with a centralised solution; Marsh Hill Primary School are going to be hosting a Perspective workshop and helping us to set up a hub of schools in Birmingham to share ideas and best practises for T+L monitoring.
The session will cover
- T&L monitoring using iPads/tablets
- T&L monitoring analysis to highlight areas of strength and development
- Appraisal Target setting and CPD impact reporting
