KEYPAS: Keypas Patch 3.8.4 Released
|
|
|
Please note that this release is a patch and requires that you have v3.8.3 installed (which can be downloaded from this page).
Version 3.8.4 of Keypas includes the following updates:-
- FSP now refers to Settings instead of Schools
- Enlarged ethnicity descriptions in ethnicity reports
- Updated level and sub-level thresholds
- Updated school census import to handle new format of school census files
- Updated K1 DCSF return import to handle new format
- Fixed duplicate pupil error in TA CTF export for schools with more than one key stage
- Fixed non-core p scale mapping in TA CTF export
- Fixed K1 ARA pupil report page break

Please note that this release is a full version and therefore requires you to uninstall your existing version of Keypas by going to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. (This will not delete your LA's data).
This version of Keypas includes the following updates:-
Added 2008 import & export functionality for K1
Amended K1 export to output separate school files for importing into COLLECT
Updated K1 P-scale validation to reflect change to mandatory status
Added 2008 import functionality for K2/3 TA
Added 2008 import & export functionality for FSP
Amended FSP xml import to handle accented characters in names
Added Postcode and Points validation for FSP
Added Speaking and Listening APS, Science APS, and RWMS APS to K1 School Profile Export
