Keypas Mini Patch 3.8.7.1
Description:

Please note that this is a replacement front end database and requires that you have v3.8.7 installed (which can be downloaded from this page).

Mini Patch 3.8.7.1 has the updated field mapping in the database for the 2009 K2 AAT file

This database is a new version of your existing Keypas front end database and is required to enable the 2009 K2 AAT file to be imported into Keypas.
If you are unsure of the location of your current front-end database go to Tools > Options in Keypas and note the path displayed for the front-end.
You need to extract the database from the downloaded zip file and use it to replace the copy you currently have.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Keypas help desk.

PLEASE NOTE: Because Keypas sets up links between the tables in its databases the user will need administrator rights to the Keypas folder.

Version 3.8.7 of Keypas includes the following updates:-

Changed KS3 Non-Core reports to include Core subjects. Reports renamed to TA to reflect this change
FSP imports now cater for EYFSP prefix on csv files
Updated 2008 KS3 core National Results
Updated level and sub-level thresholds
Fixed <4 calculation in FSP reports
Fixed bug which prevented postcodes from being added when FSP results were updated by CTF imports
Fixed Key to success schools file mapping in imports

PLEASE NOTE: 1) Because Keypas sets up links between the tables in its databases the user will need administrator rights to the Keypas folder. 2) If you have added any first names to the gender list then please export them before uninstalling or you will lose this data. You can reimport the names once you have installed the new version of Keypas. Please send us a copy of the exported file so that we can include the names in any subsequent releases. 3) If the KS3 TA reports still show as non-core in your reports menu you will need to refresh your report list by going to Tools > Refresh Report List

When you run KEYPAS for the first time after applying this patch you will be told that your database is not the correct version. Simply browse to the location of your Back End database and select "OK" when KEYPAS warns you that it is about to upgrade it.
