On Friday 29th September Matt Sharples left Angel Solutions to go to Cape Town, South Africa to work as a volunteer for AIS (Ambassadors in Sport).

Matt joined Angel Solutions in June 2003 and has worked in partnership with NCER on their KEYPAS product.

We are very grateful to Matt for all his hard work over the last 3 years and wish him every success in South Africa.

Torn between the choice of a leaving meal or go-karting Matt opted for the go-karting so on Wednesday 27th September the entire Angel office went down to the local go-karting centre for 2 hours to take part in the Grand-Prix.

On Sunday 24th September Angel staff ran 5K to raise money for the charity ‘Fighting Blindness’ which is part of The British Retinitis Pigmentosa Society http://www.brps.org.uk

Nine members of staff started the race in Croxteth Park, Liverpool and have raised £1,500.

The Angel Solutions success story continues. After yet another excellent year which has seen record growth for the company and the launch of three new industry leading products into the UK and Europe, including the second product developed by Angel Solutions that has been purchased by every Local Education Authority in England, the company is expanding into new offices on the Wavertree Technology Park in Liverpool.

The year has seen several key staff added to the company: Owen Senior, David Osborn, Gareth Lloyd, Maria Viejo Ferrera, Melissa Wood, Raj Nagaraja and Nicola Senior have brought their respective skills to the team.
