• Contextualising, consolidating, and presenting on one ‘virtual desk’ all of the data relevant to self evaluation, including national, local, and school data, whenever it is needed by an individual, according to their role, 24 hours, 365 days a year.
  
  
• Streamlining the distribution, collection and analysis of stakeholder views using online surveys and education perception monitoring.
  
  
• Eliminating the growing risk to security, and integrity of data, inherent in the widespread use of USB ‘memory sticks’.
  
  
• Providing great value for money.
