The SEF is broken down into Bite Sized Questions which allows SLT and other teams to undertake a robust self evaluation process with a scaffold of support.
Professional guidance is provided at each stage by the Expert Panel behind Perspective, helping leaders focus on key issues and outcomes, and on the requirements for inspection.
Teams can collaborate on the evidence gathering process, to make sure that all the judgements made are backed up with data, documentation and supporting evidence.
Perspective automatically provides users with RAISE Online and FFT documentation, as well as integration with live up to the minute data from NEXUS.
Any form of evidence can be attached to Perspective's document pool, meaning all documents related to self evaluation and planning are securely stored and accessible from anywhere.
Perspective integrates with third party web services to bring information relevant to the school inside the system instead of having to search for it elsewhere.
Actions and targets are linked directly to the self evaluation process so the two elements become cyclical and the schools' plans reflect the SEF.
