The planning homepage allows quick access to all of your personal To Do's as well as being the gateway to development planning and monitoring
Every user of Perspective has a personal To Do list which tracks all the actions that they personally need to undertake for easy monitoring, and linking directly with performance management.
Every target and action in the school or centre can be viewed, searched and monitored quickly and easily, with users able to define filters they use often for quick updates on key issues.
Targets can be assigned to any team or person in Perspective, with success criteria, priorities, actions and costs all tracked from one central point.
Development plans are quickly created by adding the targets or priorities into the plan, and once published, these automatically update whenever anything in the system is completed
Development plans can be laid out in any way you wish as an organisation. You choose what you want to see, how you want to see it and what output format you would like.
