Bite Size Questions

When constructing the SEF, all of the information and evidence gathered through the self evaluation process is at your fingertips.

The views of other members of the team can be quickly accessed, different views taken into account, and ownership of different sections delegated.
School leaders can see the outputs of departmental or team self evaluation which can then be used to inform the whole school SEF.
Access can be granted to other stakeholders such as SIPs who can be involved in the self evaluation process and provide notes and thoughts for dialogue.
Perspective stores all of the historical answers to the SEF questions, so over time, schools can view the changes and the progress they have made.
When making whole school judgements, every piece of information is at your fingertips to help make the most robust judgement possible, founded on the evidence collected.
