How does Perspective help you Gather and store Evidence?

Perspective provides a secure, central storage area for all documents and data that you might want to use as evidence to support your judgements. You can access and update this at any time from anywhere.

Perspective is ‘data agnostic’ so you can store the outputs of any MIS, files of any types such as media or sound, as well as standard files like word and excel documents.

When self-reviewing, Perspective stores evidence against the relevant review area so you are able to quickly reference the evidence which brought you to your conclusions in the first place.

Our expert panel have also added suggested sources of evidence to Perspective which either point you in the direction of the most appropriate sources of evidence to support a judgement, or allow you to ‘tag’ these sources so you know that you have them.

Perspective also generates an ‘Evidence Base Report’ which gives you all of the detail you have in your SEF alongside all of the evidence and files you have used to back up these judgements, so if you are ever asked ‘what evidence have you got to support your judgement?’ you have it all in one place.

Finally, in an effort to bring all of the evidence related to an inspection or to a the whole improvement process into one place, there is quick access to a wide variety of websites from within the self review process, saving you time in accessing relevant data sources when you need them, or forgetting the relevant web address!
