How does Perspective help you quickly and easily monitor plans and actions?

Monitoring all of the actions and targets that are occurring as part of an improvement plan, personal performance management or just your own to-do list can be really tough. Getting timely updates from staff can also be a struggle. Perspective is here to help!

Leaders can choose to receive a weekly digest email contain information about the targets and actions which are due to be completed in the coming weeks, things they are responsible for, and anything that is currently overdue. This means leaders have a clear understanding and reminder of the important things that are coming up without being overloaded with multiple emails and alerts on an ongoing basis which can become an annoyance.

As all of the documents and reports in Perspective are generated ‘live’ when you want them, it means your development, improvement or business plans are always bang up to minute accurate. As staff are completing actions and tasks, or CPD impact or monitoring statements are added into the system, they appear in the plans without anyone having to edit a word document or gather that information from anyone, saving both time, and the hassle of chasing people and having multiple version of plans and documents.

Leaders have access to a variety of dashboards which allow them access into relevant information quickly, and then output in a format that suits them, be that individual actions plans, Gantt charts or thematic plans.
