How does Perspective help you Gather the Views of Stakeholders?

Perspective contains all of the pre and post Ofsted school questionnaires for use with parents, governors, teachers and students. There are also Children’s Centre specific questionnaires for parental views on services.

The system allows you to send surveys directly to stakeholders by email, via a link on your learning platform or website, or used as a shortcut on a local computer. The surveys can be accessed and completed, and the results returned instantly.

Some Perspective users have experienced tremendous results during parents evenings or parental group meetings, by asking for surveys to be completed there and then, either in paper form or directly into the computer, and by the end of the session, you have the results as Perspective gives you live visibility of the survey results, as well as fuller reports when everyone has completed them.

Perspective creates a survey report detailing the responses made to the survey and taking the headache away from collating the results, so time can be better spent evaluating what they mean. These reports are automatically stored in Perspective and can be used as evidence for an inspection or to inform plans, reflective discussion or changes in practice.

Increasing your ability to quickly and easily canvas the views of pupils, parents, governors, or staff has enormous potential to help your establishment develop a vision and a mission statement, and deliver provision which fulfils or exceeds the expectations of the community in which the establishment exists.

If you are part of a locality, cluster or federation, you can also collate the results of surveys across those multiple establishments to compare and contrast the results being received!
