Deployed over your network or incorporated into your intranet, Synopsis will identify documents by key words, phrases, authors or specific creation dates and sort them into a logical preferential order.

Converting PDF documents into HTML, Synopsis then highlights key words in the document as well as highlighting the page numbers within which these key words appear.

Synopsis will also identify Word and Excel documents containing these key phrases and will in future also convert these to HTML. In addition to converting these documents to HTML in order to provide the “Highlighted” words, Synopsis also provides the original document so that you can open or print the entire document in its original format.

The Synopsis product also incorporates “PDF Creator” a tool that allows any member of staff to create PDF documents without requiring any additional Adobe user licenses.
