Data Processing Agreement

At Angel Solutions Ltd, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of data protection and privacy for all data processed through our EdTech products and services. This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) outlines our obligations as a Data Processor to our customers (schools, Local Authorities, Dioceses and Multi-Academy Trusts), who act as Data Controllers, when handling personal data on their behalf.
This DPA forms an integral part of the Master Agreement (or Software Licence Agreement) entered into between Angel Solutions Ltd and your organisation for the provision of our software and services. It reflects our mutual commitment to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and all applicable data protection legislation.
