We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand to new heights.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring that our products reach our target audience effectively and meaningfully. You will lead and mentor a dedicated marketing team and work closely with company stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives that align with our vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging data-driven insights from the Intelligence Team.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
- Marketing Operations: Oversee the operational aspects of marketing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and utilising internal platforms for efficient campaign management.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyse marketing initiatives, using KPIs to optimise return on investment.
- Brand Development and Management: Establish brand guidelines that align with our mission and values while ensuring ongoing marketing efforts remain consistent with our evolving identity.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional operations and strategic partnerships in the EdTech sector.
- Event Management: Plan and manage company events, coordinating with other departments for successful execution and high engagement.
- Competitor and Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform strategic planning.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated with customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Inter-departmental Collaboration: Actively contribute to the company’s overall strategy and foster strong communication with other departments.
- Innovation and Tech Savviness: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance marketing practices.
- Crisis Management: Handle potential crises and manage the company’s reputation during challenging situations.
- Product Expertise and Team Knowledge Transfer: Develop deep knowledge of our products and ensure your team can effectively communicate our product’s features, benefits, and differentiators
- Key Result Areas (KRAs): Collaboratively set ambitious yet achievable KRAs to measure your performance in line with broader business goals. These may include increasing website traffic, lead generation, or customer retention.
- Budget Management and Resource Allocation: Work with the CEO and Finance Director to secure necessary resources for marketing initiatives. Use resources judiciously, optimising performance and outcomes.
- Digital Proficiency and Software Utilisation: Proficiently use digital marketing tools and software, staying updated with industry-leading technologies.
