Angel’s ideal Support Technician
Our super-friendly no-nonsense approach to support is one of the many reasons our customers enjoy using Angel Solutions products. We don’t keep clients waiting and always do our best to provide easy-to-understand guidance and instruction to our customers, as well as innovative solutions to make their work processes easier.
YOU ARE HELPFUL
As a Support Technician at Angel Solutions, you will be a key contact point for our software users via telephone, email and live-chat. You’ll need technical skills, to be comfortable using a range of web browsers, and be able to take a methodical, calm and patient approach to problem-solving.
YOU ENJOY VARIETY
Your role will cover a wide range of activities — You might find yourself reporting bugs to our testing team, walking customers through an aspect of the our software over the phone, writing How-to help guides, managing databases, or writing SQL scripts all in a single day!
YOU ARE A TEAM-PLAYER
At Angel Solutions, we have a culture where everyone pitches in and helps each other. Therefore, this role — as with most — will include cross-team working and various internal tasks to serve staff and wider business goals. You may even have skills to offer that we didn’t know we needed!
