Easily add KPIs to your visits, and enhanced Ofsted Inspection Data Download

The latest Observatory update is now live, adding the ability to track KPIs within your Visits with our updated Activity Slider. We have also updated our Ofsted inspection data download for your schools within Watchsted.

The Super Useful Activity Slider

Premium users have always had access to our Activity Slider across the analysis modules within Observatory. This release adds the Activity Slider to all the Visit Pages, meaning you can update any of your KPIs while viewing or editing your visit notes.

This is a great way to ensure that vital intelligence doesn’t get lost or buried inside visit notes, but can be brought to life in our KPI module with all the benefits of our analysis tools.

We have also updated the slider so that when you create a new Action, Record of Visit or Contact, it keeps you focused on the page you are working on, rather than sending you off to another location.

Ofsted Inspection Data Download in Watchsted:

We have updated the inspection data spreadsheet you can download for all your schools. This is now accessed from the Watchsted landing page.

The exported spreadsheet now gives you a clearer view of inspection history across all of your schools, with separate tabs for inspections under the latest framework and inspections from earlier frameworks.

This includes the full text from each section of the inspection framework, alongside useful contextual data for every school – a huge time saver for organisations managing large numbers of schools.
