Pendulum updates

Pendulum enhancements/updates that are now live:

• DfE number added to create new visit school drop-down to aid identification of schools with similar names
• Pendulum Admins no longer have a (Me) entry in their create new visit widget. They can only create visits on behalf of other people
• Visit Duration in the NEXUS Schools RoV tab is now headed Visit Duration (hrs) and uses the format hh mm
• The Term date drop-down on create new visit widget is now limited to (last term, current term and next term)

Upcoming June Release v3.2.3

• add “notify” school feature to “other” visits – this will also include the concept of draft/finalised status for other visit reports

September Release v3.2.4

• add the rich text editing, spell check, full screen etc to the other visits “Comments” box
• add attach documents to the “other” visits (including the show to school tick box)
• simplification of the Portfolio view
• force finalise any School Improvement visits after 10 working days
• visit duration – logic improvements
• option to push forthcoming visit details into Outlook calendar (one-way only)
• updates to Term and Trend Exports
