Doncaster Schools choose Perspective
In large part due to the success of the roll out of Perspective Lite to all schools in Doncaster, and the adoption of the full Perspective system by local National Leaders of Education, the Angel team were in the city last week to deliver a training and awareness event.
As a result, we are very pleased to welcome a number of schools into the family of full Perspective users.
The session contained a real blend of schools ranging from those expecting inspection, some Local Leaders of Education, and those who were just looking to align their CPD and Appraisal process with a tool that they had heard such good things about. Judging by the turn out, the take up and the feedback, the Angel team will be spending a lot more time in Doncaster, and another event with a larger group of schools from the Local Authority and its close neighbours is already planned in!
Beryce Nixon, an NLE, hosted the session at Hill Top Primary having used the Perspective system now for sometime with great success. As part of her role in helping and supporting other local schools, it was a natural fit to invite the Angel team along for the day. We were particularly impressed with the homemade flapjacks!
We’re looking forward to working with all the schools in the coming years, and continuing our excellent partnership with the Local Authority which is adding increased value into the use of the software for the Heads.
