What’s New: SIAMS support in Perspective Premium and Ofsted 2025 inspections now on Watchsted

We’re excited to announce that the latest update to Perspective Premium now includes full support for the SIAMS framework. This release also updates Watchsted with the Ofsted 2025 inspection framework, giving Premium users access to the latest intelligence, including Lead Ofsted Inspector insights, analysis, and improved keyword search.

Whether you’re evaluating your Christian vision, curriculum, worship, or wider school life, you can now build and share your SIAMS SEF in the same simple, collaborative environment as your Ofsted SEF.

Unlike Word documents, Perspective allows your senior leadership team to work together in real time, attach evidence directly to each section, and link targets and actions to your SEF so that plans and progress remain clear and actionable.

1. SIAMS Framework Built-In and Ready To Use
Perspective Premium now supports the Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) framework, helping you align your self‑evaluation with the inspection questions and expectations set out in the latest guidance. Clearly demonstrate how your Christian vision shapes the life of your school, supporting pupils, staff and the wider community.

2. Integrated SIAMS SEF Tools
Create, manage, and refine your SIAMS self-evaluation within Perspective Premium. Bite-sized questions, suggested evidence sources and guidance within each section make it simple to capture the full story of your school’s work. All evidence, judgements, and reflections are kept in one secure place, structured around the key SIAMS inspection themes.

Watchsted has been updated with the latest Ofsted Framework inspections

Watchsted has been updated to include the latest Ofsted inspection reports under the 2025 framework, giving you access to the most up-to-date inspection intelligence available.

Here’s what’s new:

• Maps: We now showcase and include the latest inspections on the map. Remember, any inspections from September 2024 onwards are shown with a pink marker, as there is no overall grade for those!
• Analysis: We now focus on the latest Ofsted inspection data for the latest 100 inspections and for benchmarking. You can still switch filters to analyse inspections from previous frameworks whenever needed.
• Keyword Search: Redesigned with an improved layout, now defaulting to the latest framework. You can search across the new sections of the latest framework, while still having the option to search inspections from earlier frameworks.
• Inspector Profiles: Our popular tool has now been updated to include Lead Inspectors who have carried out inspections under the latest framework. Look up any Lead Inspector, and you will now see how many inspections they have done under the latest AND previous frameworks.
