Perspective getting ready for updated Performance Management

The school Performance Management process is changing again, but Perspective is here to keep you up to date!

Following the successful deployment of the Performance Management module in Perspective this time last year, changes for the new legislation are underway at Angel Solutions, so you can rest assured that Perspective will always be up to date and in line with current requirements.

We are currently working alongside our partner schools to make sure the tweaks we make to the process follow the statutory procedures, but also build upon the current system to provide greater flexibility for lesson observations, CPD, targets, personal action plans and evidence towards professional standards. Perspective also make monitoring these things across a whole teaching staff, department or team easy and quick to achieve.

The biggest plus for school leaders is simplicity. Unlike other systems which have complex procedures that confuse and drag out the Performance Management process, Perspective’s step-by-step approach makes this task easy for everyone, while remaining safe and secure.
