What’s New: Multiple frameworks (including the new Ofsted changes), Watchsted, and text answers in our professional growth tools

We are proud to bring you another round of exciting updates to Perspective in our latest release, including:

• Support for multiple frameworks (including the NEW Ofsted Inspection framework and the Catholic Schools Inspectorate) in Perspective Premium.
• An updated Watchsted landing page.
• Text Answers are now available in your development feedback and professional standards analysis for Perspective Premium users.

Here’s what you’ve got to look forward to: 1. Ofsted Inspection Framework 2025 – Built In, Ready to Use We’ve updated Perspective Premium to include the new Ofsted 2025 framework.

• Your SEF is now fully aligned with the latest Ofsted 2025 inspection framework and will continue to be updated in line with any changes released over the coming months.

2. Multiple Frameworks in One Place

• Get started on your new SEF while still being able to view your old one by switching between the different Ofsted frameworks.
• Perspective Premium now supports multiple frameworks, including the Catholic Schools Inspectorate.

3. Updates to your Watchsted Landing Page We’ve updated Watchsted in line with the latest changes for Perspective Premium and Lite users:

• We’ve removed the map to align with the latest Ofsted changes of “no overall grade” and for faster load times.
• We’ve updated our help guides and other key resources with help and guidance for the new Ofsted framework.

4. Text Answers In Your Analysis Your feedback told us this matters, now it’s here.

• Professional Standards and Development Feedback: Text-only questions and answers now appear in Analysis and Exports for Perspective Premium users.
• We have included these changes in both the individual AND team templates in Development Feedback.

• New – Notes on Your Graphs: Spotted a diamond on your graph? It means there’s a note! Hover over any diamond-shaped point to see the comment captured at that moment – giving you instant context alongside your data.
